I'm Yaniv Kadosh, the person behind AIREAPER.

I'm not an economist, and I don't run a research lab. I'm a product person, a systems analyst, and a product lead with years of experience designing complex digital systems across gaming, online trading, commerce, investing, user experience, and content.

Over the years, I've seen the same pattern appear again and again: parts of familiar jobs gradually absorbed by software, templates, automation, and now AI. It usually doesn't happen overnight. It happens quietly, task by task, until the job title may still exist — but the work itself has changed.

When AI started accelerating that shift across many industries at once, I wanted a clearer way to understand what was actually happening: real filings, real hiring data, real layoff reports, and real company signals — not hype, panic, or vague predictions.

AIREAPER was created for exactly that: to help people track how AI, automation, and corporate restructuring are changing the job market, with transparent sources and honest uncertainty.
