Service Description

AIREAPER does not predict individual termination decisions. It tracks workforce risk signals across roles, companies, and industries. Scores, danger windows, and reports are informational estimates based on modeling and available signals — not professional career, financial, or legal advice, and not a guarantee of any outcome.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AIREAPER to harass or defame any named individual, submit false information to Company Board, or attribute unverified statements to real, identifiable colleagues. Company Board content reflects individual users' submissions, not facts confirmed by AIREAPER, unless explicitly labeled as a verified event. We moderate reported content but do not pre-screen every post.

Billing

One-time reports and subscriptions are billed through Paddle, acting as Merchant of Record. Where a subscription plan offers an introductory price, it applies only once that plan is available for purchase and is stated clearly at checkout — no plan bills you at a rate you weren't shown before paying.

Cancellation & Refunds

See our full Refund Policy. In short: one-time reports are non-refundable once opened; subscriptions can be cancelled anytime, effective at your next billing date.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

AIREAPER is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Danik Digital's total liability for any claim arising from your use of AIREAPER will not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for decisions you make based on a score or report.

Intellectual Property

AIREAPER's scoring methodology, design, and branding belong to Danik Digital. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or resell our reports or underlying data without written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer protection rights you have under the law of your own country of residence.
