Your report is generated for this specific moment in time, using data current at the moment of purchase. Once you open your report, the purchase is final and non-refundable — you're shown this before you pay, not just here. If your report fails to generate or you were charged without receiving access, contact us and we'll make it right.
Cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation is recorded immediately, but takes effect at your next scheduled billing date — you keep access until then and won't be charged again after that date. The current billing period already paid is not refunded.
Reports and Intel/Operator access are digital content delivered immediately on payment. By completing a purchase, you request immediate access and acknowledge that any statutory withdrawal/cooling-off period that would otherwise apply to digital content does not apply once that content has been accessed, to the extent permitted by law.
