Information We Collect

Email addresses when voluntarily provided, job title and industry entered during assessments, and — if you sign in — the name, email, and profile photo shared by LinkedIn OAuth. If you use Company Board, we plan to verify posters via corporate email domain; that verification is not live yet, and until it is, Company Board content should not be treated as employer-confirmed.

Cookies & Analytics

We use essential cookies to run the site, and — only if you accept the cookie banner — Google Analytics to understand traffic and usage. Declining still gives you full access to AIREAPER; you can change your choice anytime by clearing your browser's site data and revisiting.

Data We Do Not Collect

We do not collect your real name (unless shared via LinkedIn sign-in), your full corporate email address for anonymous assessments, or any information that would identify you to your employer through the free assessment tools.

Payments

All purchases are processed by Paddle, acting as Merchant of Record. Paddle handles your payment details, tax, and invoicing — Danik Digital never receives or stores your card information. See our Refund Policy for details on reports and subscriptions.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may in the future share aggregated, anonymized company-level signals with business customers; no individual user would be identifiable from that data. This is a planned capability, not something currently offered.
